1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you contact us, request a quote, or use our services. This may include:

  • Name and contact information (email, phone number, address)
  • Company information
  • Project requirements and specifications
  • Payment information
  • Communications with us
  • Website and advertising attribution data, including landing page, referring page, campaign parameters, and advertising click IDs such as GCLID when present

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this policy. We may share your information:

  • With vendors, consultants, and service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no internet transmission is ever completely secure or error-free.

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Opt-out of marketing communications
  • Withdraw consent where we rely on consent to process your information

6. Cookies

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure page engagement, advertising performance, and inquiries. Measurement is enabled by default. We store first- and last-touch campaign details for up to 90 days. After a form submission, hashed contact details may be shared with Google to match advertising interactions. We do not send form answers as analytics event parameters or record keystrokes. You can turn optional measurement storage and contact matching off below. We honor saved opt-outs and your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal. With measurement off, forms remain available and Google tags may send limited, cookieless measurements. Current-page campaign details can still accompany your inquiry. We store an explicit preference for up to 180 days. We use Vercel for hosting, MongoDB for inquiry storage, and EmailJS for notifications. Contact us to request deletion of your inquiry and associated attribution.
